Belarus - Milk exports

BELARUS could increase its milk powder supplies to Venezuela by a factor of 1.6 next year, to 16 000 tonnes, according to blackseagrain.net.

The website quotes Vasily Prudnikov, chief of the general directorate of foreign trade of Belarus's Ministry of Agriculture and Food, as saying: "In January-August this year we supplied 9 000 tonnes of milk powder to Venezuela. We will ship another 1 000 tonnes by the end of the year. Venezuela has asked Belarus to deliver 16 000 tonnes of milk powder next year."
