Russian and Belarus Presidents to meet

RBC, 12.12.2007, Moscow 12:31:42.Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to discuss the drafting of a constitutional act for the Russia-Belarus Union State during a meeting on December 13-14 with counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, Secretary of State Pavel Borodin told journalists today. He noted that the Supreme Council of the Union State was scheduled to meet on Friday, where the agenda would include talks on joint foreign policy and the 2008 budget, as well as signing an agreement on credit policy, oil and gas supplies, and a number of agreements in the field of agriculture and mechanical engineering.

Borodin also pointed out that the constitutional act would be put up for referendum and would allow Russia to create 15-20m new jobs.
