Belarus-Russia Union constitutional act not on agenda of Minsk meeting -Kremlin source

MOSCOW. Dec 13 (Interfax) - The issue of a constitutional act of the Union of Belarus and Russia is not on the agenda of an upcoming meeting of the Supreme Council of Belarus and Russia in Minsk, a Kremlin source said.

"Contrary to reports circulated by the media, the issue of the union state's constitutional act is not on the agenda," the source told Interfax.
