Allegations Putin will become president of Russia-Belarus Union Statemere speculation - Kremlin source

MOSCOW. Dec 7 (Interfax) - A Kremlin source has dismissed reports by some media outlets that Russia's incumbent president Vladimir Putin will become the leader of a new Union State comprising Russia and Belarus as speculation.

"As for these media reports, they are rather speculative fantasies," a source in Kremlin told Interfax.
